Rescheduling
Advance notice is expected. Rebooking windows and deposit transfer rules should be finalized before launch.
Cancellations and No-Shows
Late cancellations and no-shows may forfeit deposits and require a new one before future booking.
Late Arrival
Arriving late may shorten the appointment or require rescheduling depending on the day’s calendar.
Guests and Studio Flow
Guest policy should support a calm room, limited distraction, and enough space for artists to work safely.
Health and Safety
Clients should reschedule if sick, disclose healing concerns, and follow prep and aftercare instructions carefully.
